The Souter Charitable Trust have entered into a new 3 year funding commitment with Connect to Community, who support men and women on the run up to their release from prison, and for the following 12 months. Our grants have directly helped 92 people to rebuild meaningful lives, resilient to the challenges that lead to homelessness and reoffending.
